My overall experience at the spa was good. The place is easy to find, therapist are friendly. The place is therapeutic especially the outside view of nature (soo green ????). However their food is just fine. Their gowns and flees blankets were not smelling good. I didn’t rate 5 as I was not offered a jacuzzi moment especially since I had booked a full day package.

I enjoyed my time at All Wellness Spa. The therapists were really friendly and did a great job. Thank you Clara and Charmaine. The setting of the spa is beautiful and relaxing. The spa is nestled in nature and has a rustic feel, I felt in nature paradise in the middle of Pretoria????. They can improve by changing/deep cleaning the relaxing chairs at the pool area and also widening their food u0026 drinks menu. Overall my experience at the Spa was so lovely!!!!

I booked the full day spoil and they got my appointment wrong. Later on I was told that my appointment will end after 4 hours, so there was a lot of back and forth between me and the manager about my booking; the full day spoil should last 4 about 5.5 hours, inclusive of breakfast and light lunch. They need to work on the admin; it is not enough that our names are similar thus admin was confused. I have the most unfamiliar name but that is the explanation they gave me for messing up the appointment.

A lot of the treatments I had were unnecessary. My advise: book the full body massage, foot massage n facial...that is all u need. Include the hot stones!!!! The food is also average. I had an egg sandwich in the morning. The chicken salad i had for lunch was super nice. The place looks decent, correlating with their rates.

The gowns were wrinkled.

I thoroughly enjoyed their showers; the best I have had in a while.

I had really nice moments and a couple of lows, hence my 3 star rating. Will definitely go back for the 3 treatments mentioned above.

We had the full day spa :
Our message therapists are phenomenal. Many issues, some of which were a first for me, I think mainly at a managerial level. Firstly we had our full body massage in what seems to be a stockroom of sorts, it was generally uncomfortable, cold and the towels were musty , next to the toilet. It did not encourage relaxation at all. There was a kiddies party while we were there, which was awkward but manageable.
The lunch was ok , although I wished for more salad, literally only had one cocktail tomato,no olives ,no feta.:(

The spa should try to invest in good products, their nail polish is already coming off , the was no UV light to cure the nail products , the facial leaves the skin dry. Stop using gloves for exfoliation( how many times have the gloves been used :( ) and purchase actual exfoliating products.people to go the spa to experience spa quality care and expect spa quality products which are lacking in this institution, not in keeping with their competitive pricing.

I appreciate the rustic homey feel of the spa, it could use some decorating but it’s not a major deterrent. There are lots of trees, greenery, a jacuzzi and pool which is great. The scenery is perfect. We did not get to enjoy it much due to the aforementioned party leading us to having our lacklustre lunch upstairs next to the reception area.
Consider working the slippers into the product margin, it’s very unsettling to have an extra purchase of slippers when going to the spa.
The manager did not meet us at the end of the treatment, my offer was not redeemed on my profile.
I wouldn’t recommend it yet,the only saving grace is the staff. Would revisit if changes are made especially with regard to the products used, till then best to avoid.

I had a great experience at this Spa and it was my first time, My therapist was Itani who made me feel very comfortable, she is such a soft spoken individual with a gentle touch. I had the best back massage. It took away years of stress. I am planning on visiting again soon.

Came with my girlfriend for our first time ever having a massage.
It was incredibly relaxing. Took the Diva package and I literally fell asleep after the facial.
I am not generally that calm and disconnected, but the venue encourages peace and tranquility.
We felt SO secluded in the forest-like venue.
I'd definitely come back for the great food, venue and top service from the therapists.

My experience of this place was out of this world.. From the lady who welcomed me with a genuine smile and walked me through to the therapist.. Kgomotso was so amazing with my body, it was as if she knew exactly how much pressure I needed on each part of my body while being gentle.. I felt like I had escaped reality the whole time I was there. Everyone was so friendly and professional, we felt at home really.. The environment is so therapeutic it's quite clear that these people don't want us to go home. I honestly wanted to spend the night somma, just to postpone going back to reality. ????????. Thank you all so much for making our day so tranquil ????
Will definitely be back soon
