The equipment is always ready for use and it's always clean and proper the staff is very friendly and the cafe there always is the best breakfast and their shakes are to die for

Wish we never joined. The gym self is not too bad but if you want to cancel they will rob you. My husband and I both paid our 4 months notice but they keep debiting more money. Every time you speak to some incompetent person that tells you one more month regardless of your proof. For this reason alone we will never join this gym ever again. They lost 2 clients and I will make sure I spread this far and wide.

I have not set foot in a gym since I finished high school and went on to study at UP. Then work and life got hectic - like it does sometimes. Now I'm starting from scratch again and was welcomed with open arms. This is a great place for beginners, and for the more experienced "gym-junkies" (my observation only), very welcoming and with well trained - friendly staff. Enough equipmemt to meet anyones needs, plus an indoor running track! Awesome! The trainers/staff do not hover over you with judgemental stares - like one other reviewer suggested, maybe guilt talking? It has a nice atmosphere with up to date equipment. Overall 2 thumbs up! You want space? Go gym in your back yard. Want more equipment? Buy your own. Want to swim? Gaan dam toe, tsek.
Job well done to Planet Fitness Montana and the whole team!

Staff is friendly, but this gym is heavily overcrowded. Dissapointed in the lack of equipment, you have to play dora the explora to find weights and have to wait extremely long just to get a turn on the machines...

All about the money, if these reptiles cared more about their members and actually did what they falsely proclaim they do we would all be better! Dont join a gym they will take your money in the end as life happens and like 78% you will end up joining paying but not going.... facts... #planetfitnessmustfall

Honestly shocking, walk around are like wardens watching over prisoners.

The equipment is being held together with duck tape, the dumbbells rattle like kids toys

And the floor by the benches has a hole underneath the carpet where I almost busted my ankle carry heavy dumbbells to my bench

Just a horrible experience over all
