The staff was busy chatting with each other for a few minutes before I could assist me. Just to find out that the system was offline. Really pathetic service.

The are is not well kept, the current condition is disappointing when I compare it with how it was when I started working in the area in the 90s.

I use this post office monthly. It's a pleasure to have some payment coming in from that. I have never had a time when I came to the post office and walked away empty handed. The payment dates are always accurate and without any problems. It is also quite a faster post office.

I suggest never ever sending anything with the post office. I started university in October 2020, recieved one module's books end of march only. Trust me when I say, it's the worst service in this world.

Mr Barns what is happening here. It seems all your staff are on leave. I have been trying to find out for two days now where a parcel is I sent 4 days ago as it has not reached it's destination. But to no avail. The lines or either busy or the number you phone which is on the website does not exist or you are put on hold and no one ever gets back to you so you eventually put the phone down. Very very bad service.

I am waiting for a parcel which was sent to me from Bloemfontein more than a month ago. The Post Office's "Track u0026 Trace" web site reported that it has been scanned at the Tshwane Hub 5 weeks ago. I tried to email the Post Office customer service on the email address provided on their web site, and the emails are returned with an SMTP error from remote mail server: mailbox unavailable. I phoned the customer services number and had to hold on for approx. 15 minutes before someone answered the phone, I gave them my tracking number and they told me that they cannot get any further information from their system, and that I just have to wait until the parcel is delivered. Needless to say, this is very poor service from the Post Office. I am concerned about whether I will ever receive the parcel.

the worse service ever. called different days, all the agents are busy. whats the point of employing people who dont want to do their job. everyday its the same thing and even worse you people dont even respond to emails. you might as well shut down post office. you dont deserve a star at all. your serves sucks
