One of the tellers is so rude, she is ia a big lady, the only one, i dont know her name, she wasn't wearing a name tag. I returned my meal because it was different to the way i had received it the previous time i made the order. All i got was attitude and zero understanding... The manager (i think) was calm and explained everything to me. Tellers like that make going back very undesirable.

What a bad service I got today. First the cashier wasn't friendly at all. We ordered a meal for dine in, she even gave us the order number for the table, only for us to wait more than 45 minutes for our order. When I went to follow up at the counter, our food was put aside for collection as a takeaway, then when they eventually brought our food, it was in the takeaway boxes. I had to eat my pap from the box, while sitting in the restaurant ????????????????????????

I love their chicken, whooooo, don't know if I'm a food lover or meat, but I seriously do enjoy their food, it's something I'd love someone els to also try out and enjoy ❤️

Worse meat i ever got from this store in pretoria since i started buying food at pretoria and Bosman i swiped Laduma meal today at 18:18 i purchased hot breast as option so disappointed ???? Galitos u dont respect customers my meat was dry and crispy with hot souce

Very dissatisfied with your garden salad. Cucumber very tiny ,the last tips of the cucumber like baby marrow ,1 piece of green pepper with chunk of lettuce ,onion and tomatoes .

The service at this Gallito’s has been great lately.

Previously the service was slow and the staff seemed non-chalant. But recently I noticed that there is new staff u0026 the service has been quick, smooth u0026 the staff is warm u0026 friendly.

I will definitely be returning.

Bad service today, I wanted to buy, cashier say she doesn't have change of R200 then she expects me to ask for change from her colleague, which for me was bad service, she could have just took my order and asked change from her colleague. We ended arguing which made me cancel my order.
