Worst service, waited 20 minutes for my order, it was forgotten, then when I asked, it was messed up, so I canceled waited another 15 minutes to be reimbursed my money. No acknowledgement of any wrong doing from the staff instead snickering!
Disgusting behavior from fellow citizens ????

I bought feed my craving yesterday, the wings were salty and dry. By the time i started eating them i was already at home, I couldnt return them????????????

I love this chicken licken outlet. Located in a super busy district in the city, you'd generally expect service to be slow but noo, its almost and in and out experience especially for take away.

This outlet is not particularly too big, but it has enough sitting areas and besides, most people walk in and out for take aways.

I'd absolutely recommend this outlet.

I haven't been there in 3 years. Let me rephrase that, I haven't eaten Chicken Licken in 3 years. Reason being I once went there in 2017 as they were about to close at night and got my last order of 2 piece chicken. When I got home, the picture was what I found. Unfortunately they already closed and I couldn't go back. Well, guess what? You're about to get shocked by what happens next.!The next day I went to the store I was told that "the quality of chicken we get isn't the same everyday", well that's new.
"Sometimes its not big and not the best, so you got the bad ones, that's just how it is"

...also, I was told "you should have checked the order while you were in store before you left"
Okay fair enough! Meaning, when the cashier tightly wrapped it with elastic, bundled it inside their plastic bag, and hurriedly handed it to me...smh :( I was rushed to get out while the other person impatiently waited for me at the door so he could shut it and lock up as soon as I stepped outside.

Okay, lets be fair, they were perhaps tired after a long day of serving lots of chicken and just wanted to finally go home. So never mind customer first with good quality service.
So now whenever somebody mentions this brand, no matter how cheap they are, I'd rather hold out for several hours until my next meal than eat another piece of chicken from this food chain. YES, even if it means opting for their oil-drenched fake chicken competitor, Mr KFC, then I'll eat that.????

Someone told me that this place sells the best Chicken licken in Pretoria so I decided to give it a try. I ordered feed by craving via uber eats, it arrived still hot and the smell of the food was beautiful, I literally for the first time in my life experienced chicken licken where the meat was falling off the bone it was so well cooked and delicious not too salty. I will be eating on a budget here, again. ????????????????

They don't clean the tables after customers left. I had to ask someone to come clean a table for me because all the tables were dirty!

I just bought my meal and I’m very disappointed. The burger is half, the bottom bun is not here.
