The people work without emails and cannot even recieve or send any emails. Nobody can make contact with them. Attitude is a very big problem. I try to be friendly and they can not even talk nice with you. After I paid the sheriff on the 5th of June they only deliver the Demand on the 25th of June, and a months later still not have summons commencing action for court. Poor very poor

The people at the Small Claims court (Dineo and Wilhelmina) on the 2nd floor are extremely helpful, explain exactly how to fill in the forms and trying their best to make the process as smooth as possible

It's completely incompetent with certain clerks and with some they are more usefull.
It's a catch-22.

Hint of advice if you need to do any divorce matter then be here at 8am as the queue can get very long and it can get tedious

This place is getting a 5 star because the clerks and guards were very helpful and also the Commissioner was patient and attentive.

Can't say the same about the building and it's condition, however there is some renovations taking place which is progressing very well.

With the pace of the construction renovations I'm hoping to see better results once the project is completed.

The place has order, the security is very tight, some Commissioners listen attentively even ask questions before giving verdicts, What i have realized is that the SAPS can delay the whole case, especially if they are not following the right procedure and doing their jobs whether you have a state lawyer or private lawyer your case will be delayed because of them.

Absolutely no social distancing. Clerks just dont pitch for work. You are told to collect opposing documents on a specific date but no is available to assist. Join the crowd standings on top of each other waiting for the solitary clerk to assist. Even the lawyer I asked for assistance said it was safer to go home and try again another day. No wonder zuma is giving our judicial system the middle finger.

Absolute disgrace. You will not get helped on time and they will take an extra hour after having to wait through lunch before you might get help!!!!!!!!
