This is a wonderful place to stay while in Pretoria. Great neighborhood and within walking distance of a few restaurants and a nice grocery store. The manager on staff, Willie, made our stay particularly welcoming. Thanks Willie! Great job. We especially appreciated you putting us in the upgraded room on the last 2 nights of our stay.

We loved the room, clean and spacious the bathroom was even more gorgeous. Receptionist is very lovey, we had our breakfast outside the terrace. Definitely gonna visit again

Room for improvement: Poor telephone communication skills while making booking.
The upstairs room 8 was very hot and the aircon was not working properly. The shower is a mess with loose shower head fitting and pipe stretched over the bath tub, it also floods the bathroom.
Bottled water in rooms gets billed not complimentary.
After contacting reception regarding the aircon he arrived with a T-shirt full of holes not very presentable. I was moves to another room where the aircon cooled but it was noisy, the bathroom smelled it's not very well ventilated and toilet seat was complete loose not attached to hinges.
Management and staff are friendly, breakfast was good.
Wi-Fi and TV remotes worked without any hiccups.
With a little bit of tlc and effort this place can be good even great.
Location is great and it's close to restaurants

Great place. We found it at 2:00 am searching for a place to stay after a horrorific hotel experience and they were kind enough to cater for us. Quaint but very welcoming.

Worst experience ever. I stayed at this place before but never had to worry about the billing or breakfast as my company sorted this out for me. I never had Breakfast at the place. The room that we stayed in ceeling was pealing at some places. The shower had black mould. We were 8 people at our beakfast table. We all placed our orders for breakfast the day before. It seems that there were just one person in the kitchen as they made breakfast for two people at our table and then started with another two`s breakfast. As a group we could not have breakfast together although sitting at the same table. After 55 minutes my wife and I received our breakfast and this was everyone else had their breakfast at the table. The breakfast that was ordered was not what was served. And when we queried it the waiter went and fetched our order to proof that we were wrong just to find out that they never read the order. When it came to the billing they never deducted our deposit and it took over 15 minutes to sort one rooms billing. At no stage where there any manager available or even asked if they could assist with this problem.

A lovely little guesthouse in a nice neighborhood. Within walking distance of shops (Woolworths and others) and restaurants. We stayed for just one night and would definitely visit again the next time we visit Pretoria.

Overall not a bad hotel but guys, you really need to get that fan on the ethernet switch at the reception fixed. That creates such an annoying noise at night.
