What a find. Friendly welcome from Jenny u0026 John to their home. A very relaxing place with plenty of the usual comforts. Far better than a hotel by far. Secure parking off street, nice comfortable room, all great and I'd highly recommend. The breakfasts are great.

A honey atmosphere in the heart of Pretoria. Beautiful neighbourhood. Historical, well preserved house. Decent rates per night. All rooms with their own on-suite bathroom.
Beautifully decorated. Peaceful atmosphere all round.

Very friendly hosts and the breakfast was delicious (choose the French toast!). The rooms were clean and you had everything you needed. Bonus of a large bathroom and a veranda you could sit on with a view of the garden. I would recommend this place!

An oasis of peace, a snapshot of history. If you need to stay in this part of Pretoria you won't find a more comfortable guesthouse. It's a grand old home with guest rooms named for great historical figures (Gandhi, Rhodes). The decor harks back to an elegant era, while remaining contemporary in its amenities, convenience and creature comforts. Our hosts were kind and super helpful. The breakfasts are a feast. The Rhodes and Gandhi rooms overlook beautiful garden, pool and water feature.

Lovely elder couple as host with our best breakfast so far in South Afrika. Nice Villa in the ambassador area surrounded by jakaranda trees, very safe

Prefect place to experience peace and serenity. Great place for a retreat. Plenty of books available to read as well
