The hotel is nice,clean u0026 cozy..
However one of the staff members LERATO is bad for your business,she has a very bad attitude towards clients and had the audacity to ask me at 9:55am what time i would be checking out .That to me is very rude because first of all,my stay here is paid for in full and as long as it is not yet check out time,she has no right to make me feel unwelcome by asking me what time i will be leaving .I would understand if she asked me that question at 11:01 am.
That is totally unacceptable u0026 on day 2 she did not put enough towels in the room u0026 when i asked for more towels,she was rude and tried to justify why there was a towel shortage.
Otherwise compliments to Terence and the orher gentle man,very polite,professional and respectful.Those are the people you should consider being the face of your hotel.They are pleasant and good for your business.
