Friendly staff and pizza that is for the most part what you would expect. Pretty good price for what you get. I would highly recommend using their website to order before driving there however, the place can get quite busy and phoning in is not easy

Roman's pizza in Pretoria north at the Maddelief shopping centre is our families great takeaway choice. Their pizzas are really tasting and the franchise specials are always very good deals for a nights of takeaway meal.

It is very convenient to phone and walk in and collect your pizza and the service has always been very good. Shortly after the lockdown was lifted they used to be extremely busy but currently the online orders or phone orders are very convenient.

Outstanding service, juicy thick pizza. Would like to see a special with Chicken mayo and maybe a cheaper one. The chicken mayo always gets left out...But overall best Romans in the area. #Amazing

Their pizza is so nice,nicer than most of the roman's pizzas I've been to.The service from the staff is excellent,they inform customers about specials and they are friendly too.I would recommend this shop any day.

I made wrong order they wer willing to change it for me but unfortunately the mr d delivery guy was already picking up the food.

UPDATE
A year ago since my negative review and things still don't change! We called to collect and go at 18:25, it's 19:25 And we're still sitting in our car waiting . . .
Received 19:50 - After we were told 15 minutes!!!

I'm a creature of habit and don't like to change. I've supported the Madeliefie branch for a long time. Today the orders were slow and when I did eventually get my order they had forgotten some of the toppings, plus my pizza was a bit burnt. My wife and I are getting a little fed-up with always struggling with our orders and the staff are often rude, as if they're doing us some sort of favour.
If the workload is too much maybe upgrade your system, if we are so often disappointed we may search for new stores.

Extremly bad service. Placed and paid via online @ approx 18h29 it's now 20:00 still haven't received our order. They dont even answer the phones!!!!
I'm going to facebook with this, because it's not the 1st time.
