Service was really good, food was good as pub fare goes. So why 3 stars.. first unfortunately there is no area where you can enjoy your meal without being engulfed in smoke smell from the smoking section. This unfortunately ruined it.. else, it is a pub, the food is there for when you get hungry.. ( don't expect much more than that) that's why it's good, no pretentions, just a good pub.. worth a visit..????

This place has a nice vibe. Great concept but honestly their service for me has been so poor. We’re lucky to get immediate assistance. We sit ourselves which isn’t much of an issue but waiters see you sitting there and they are not even phased. You sit for about 20min. We have to ask to get assistance even that takes forever. Sad part is that it never used to be like this. Almost feels personal. We walked in the other day. No one help. The patrons that were right behind us got in, seated behind us, got a waiter, ordered drinks, received them, all while we sat there waiting for “Hi my name is so and so, how can I help”.

Waiters are good and service is good. But when it comes to management no effort was made to address the conflicts or matter from other aggressive people. Unwelcome and unsafe environment.

This is n nice place to sit, have a beer and a snack basket. Their food is very delicious, but could do with more sauce on the chicken schnitzel I had for the price they charged.

Their staff also needs more training. We were neglected many times and orders did not come right.

The high light of the Tuesday evening was their Quiz Night. Pre booking is necessary. You play in groups of 6 with your friends while having a beer.

The quiz master ask category related questions and groups swap answers for marking. The highest score wins the prize.

We were welcomed and served very friendly, the food was excellent and we were well attended to. Thank you very much, we will visit again when the longing for our kids who stays in Ireland get too much! Complements to chef and staff!!

Very dissapointed. On saturday 30 April 2022 me, my son and grand children went for drinks and milkshakes. We ordered some snacks for the kids and again for drinks for myself, my son and milkshakes again for my grand kids. I asked my wife and children to join us for an early supper. Me and my son received our brandys but waited and waited for the snacks and the milkshakes. The waiter then comes and tell me that they have a function and the kitchen close at 15:30 and when is the rest of the family comes. They dont chase us away but we must be finished quick. In the meantime they prepare for the function and do not attend to order. The waitress said that they have started with the preparation of our order. When the rest of the family arrived the food and milkshakes was still not ready. I left and pay the full bill including the milkshakes and snacks and tipped the waiter due to respect. I will never go there again
