The prices for most food items are ridiculously high but this would only surprise you if you have never been to one of their stores. The entrnace and exit is decently spacious and the inside is kept spotless. The staff members are not the friendliest or most helpful ever but there is nothing to complain about at least.

The parking space is well made but the biggest complaint is the extreme harassment by the car guards. Foreigners will see them as friendly but for the locals, all they do is try to be the centre of attention, talk in you own language, and act like they care in order to get money. They refuse to just leave you in peace

The store is neat and clean. Service at the points of sale is good and cashiers are friendly.
Some products, like the longlife milk, are low on stock, whilst the brand name cake flour has been empty for over a week.

This has been my go to store since 2010. However, in the recent months I’ve come to regret going there. Opting to rather go to Eastwood. Besides the fact that there’s hardly ever stock for most items, the cashiers have become rude and unprofessional. They’d rather talk amongst themselves, or do their own shopping while the que is long with only 2 or 3 cashiers working. It’s unfortunate that the management is not addressing this and in most instances they are around and aware of the unprofessional behaviour but never address it or manage the que at least

My phone was stolen yesterday in Woolworths Ninapark by a very well dressed man and woman, pushing a Woolworths trolley. They have the thieves on CCTV (only after I begged for the manager to have a look), but they refuse to show or provide me with the footage as "it is against their policy". They rather protect the thieves than the traumatized victim. Meanwhile, the employees thought it very funny and laughed all the time at me, whilst I was crying about all the photo's, notes, work, voicenotes etc, that I will never get back, apart from my phone being a new one. I will NEVER sit foot in that store again!

Overall the store has improved, it looks much much better. I encourage people to visit this store, esp if you want to avoid over crowded places like malls.

Great store. In 2017 I posted this review and 2021 it is still our preference for fresh produce.
