I always stop for Seattle coffee at Wapadrand Caltex and the coffee is always the best! Today I were a little disappointed with the guy who helped me (Sunday 1 May, around 18:35)
His name is Clementine ( hope the spelling is correct). It's the first time he served me and he were actually very arrogant and totally upset me with the way he responded to me when I ordered a tall Cappuccino ( like I do almost every day ) and he made a tall Cappuccino which seems to be not all the way foamy and filled to the top.
I ask him very politely to add a little bit more milk foam cause I love the foam and I am use to the quality I always get.

He got very upset and told me that this is his standard and I need to order a latte if I want more milk cause people like me will get him in trouble!

I tried to explain to him that I just ask for a nice full foamy Cappuccino like I always get at a Seattle outlet. He reacted with a very arrogant behavior and I then reminded him that Seattle is all about Quality and I once read that Seattle offer a refund if customers are not happy .
Clementine even got more arrogant and told me it's okey I can ask for a refund. This was very disappointing and shocking that he did not care about his service to a very loyal customer!!

All the other bBatistas at Wapadrand Caltex always serve me a proper full foamy Cappuccino!
This guy don't know how bad his behavior is for this business! Therefore I post this review and hope the owner / manager will take note of this guy and his terrible no care attitude!
All the order staff is always so professional and glad to serve quality service, and Clementine is clearly the only one who scare me off !

This is the best coffee in South Africa, hands down. Starbucks tastes like dirt compared to these guys.
