Shocking. Was told the car will be ready at 16h45 and was not. When we checked up in the workshop at 17h00 the car was still on the ramp to be told they didn't get to the brakes yet. The car was dropped off at 7am in the morning, so was there early. It's now 17h45 and the brakes are still squeaking and the service manager is not a service manager at all. He is condescending and rude. I would not recommend. The dealer principle is "not available".

Do not expect after sales service. Booking your car service may require multiple attempts as the online platform is just for show. If you eventually get a service date don’t except drop off if the pool car is not full or before 8am. If you complain expect a call from the sales manager to tell you, you are rude u0026 never come to the dealership again. There’s better customer care at a taxi rank.

I had a problem with my H2 shaking and losing power with only 35000km on the clock. They first could not find the problem and gave it back to me without fixing anything. I took it in again and the said the one coil had a problem and they will order one. Two weeks later and no answer. Called about 5 times and they say they will get back to me. Still waiting

Wow, didn't even buy my Haval from them, but i had a query this morning, and stopped by the dealership. What incredibly friendly service. Especially from Solly....... No wonder they are rated as one of the best dealerships
