Have always had a great experience at this Mica, I shop here because of the service, certainly not the pricing. However, when I have a Workshop Manager (Tobie) acting aggressive, screaming and shouting at me like I work for him, then all the loyalty I have shown this store (from the time they were a small store) goes out the window. Fortunately I am spoilt for choice and Chamberlains will be getting my business from here onwards. Johan the Manager finally called me back (after two calls by me), while not outright condoning the behaviour of his Workshop Manager, seemed totally un-phased by this kind of behaviour nor my concerns raised, which tells me this is a more common occurrence than what I originally thought. @Braam Blignaut.... you are losing your touch that made you successful in the first place.
Add (6 September 2022) the response below looks like they actually respond to complaints, however, all they do is send you another complaint form, I completed but nothing happens after that. Another company that could care less....
