Bad service, was really disappointed in the service they gave me. Firstly I brought in my car on time just so that they can drop me off at work on time, I waited for 13 minutes for someone to eventually agree to take me to work. The receptionist didn't even bother to fill me in on what the delay was about instead all he did was a long conversation with his colleagues, unbothered that I'm actually late for work. That's just the tip of the ice berg. There was a misunderstanding and between myself and employees at Bosch Silver Lakes but to cut the story short I told them to stop and not service my car because of how rudely they spoke to me over the phone in regards which package I preferred for my service. So because I told them not to service the car I took it upon myself to make plans for someone to go and collect my car on my behalf since I couldn't at that moment, but this is what made me angry, the fact that they just gave the person I asked to go fetch my car the keys without consulting with me first if it's true that a of this name claims to have been sent by me to collect the car. They literally just gave away my car keys to someone without my consent, that's careless and a horrible thing to do because the second I handed over my car keys to Bosch Silver Lakes I trusted them that my car is in good safety but I was so wrong if anything my car was in great danger and with that being said I will never recommend anyone to take their car to Bosch Silver Lakes. Not pleased at all.
