Very Poor Service. I paid for an item upfront and was specific on what I wanted, however, the incorrect item was ordered and now Im struggling to have item changed. Its been 4 days since I reported problem to the salesman and he is giving me the run around and doesnt return my calls or sees the need to resolve his error.

Not happy with the service, I bought items in Silverlakes then kept others and returned the other ones. I did an eft refund, it's been a week nd haven't received it and no one has called to let me know what's happening.

After an initial mixup, the Branch Manager used his Saturday afternoon to come to our house and assist in sorting out our problem. We were hugely impressed and landed up with a far better solution. Thank you ARB.

What a disappointing experience - a serious lack of service. I voted with my feet and brought my business to Latin Electrical around the corner where I received excellent service.

Thank you Deon Snyman for getting back to me, listening to my complaint and for taking steps to rectify the situation. Responses like this go a long way in appeasing irate customers.

Arrange for pickup on a Friday due to being closed for stocktake that was supposed to happen on Saturday so I was told over the phone and the when the person arrives 3:40 to collect they are already closed on a Friday

Worst service ever, when you ask for profesional advice and you buy according to advice given and its wrong, be ready to pay more for some more fittings due to incompetance of sales personel.
