This is the worst makro liquor I've gone to, I arrived there before their closing time, but they'd already closed the gates. The security guards were rude and the manager did not assist at at all, I have the entire altercation on video. Absolutely disgusting. I'm surprised their still open. Avoid this store at all costs. Try checkers and/Pnp liquor service here is awful.

What a miserable experience. never again will I purchase anything from Makro especially online. I ordered a partial that according to them is in stock and will be delivered in 2-5 business days. After 5 business day's I have not received a single email or phone call update from them. I decided to follow up with them, if you are lucky enough to get through to someone you will be lucky if they are educated enough to handle you query. Not a single individual can tell you where your parcel is or when to expect it, most of the time they hang up the phone in your ear and when you ask for a refund they put you through to a number that never answers and then the line just dies. Never again will I support Makro. If I could I would give you 0 Stars.

I made an online purchase (29 July 2022) and it was directed to this store. After a week (05 August 2022) it was still "Order in progress". When I phoned the customer care line for the 2nd time I was told that the store don't have any stock on hand (18 items order). It took them a week to notice they don't have any stock and now I have to wait an extra 7 days for the money to be refunded to my bank account. I ordered things I need in the house (food) and know I have to make a plan to get money to buy this items else where while I wait for the money to be refunded. Previous I also had a problem with this store. Order was placed 07 July 2022 and was packed 09 July 2022. When I phoned 13 July to find out what is the hold up for the courier not to collect it and then the courier was only contacted and items was delivered 14 July 2022. If I didn't phone to see why it's not being couriered it would've also taken longer for courier to collect.

I ordered online and my item was dispatched from this store, I was pleasantly surprised to have received it the following day. This could only have happened if the online system, store and courier service work together. Thank you very much for making my online shopping experience, a good one.

Huge, almost overwhelming. Great service u0026 friendliness. However, no charge-lamps, only two. Both rather uninspiring. Staff member not knowledgeable, had to explain what I am looking for (could be my accent).

Guys please train your sales persons. The aggresive sales approach only serves to keep me away from Makro. I would rather pay more at another retailers, than to be harassed by countless sales people around every corner of the store. Good bye Makro.
