Good service until the deal is done. I bought a Range Rover and some of the things were missing from the car, like the load bay cover and rear entertainment remote and headphones. I asked both Lizelle and Hannes on two different occasions if they could maybe contact the previous owner to find out if these items were still available. I didn't expect them to be, but what I did expect was a call saying yes or no. A month and a half later I'm still waiting for call.

RONNIE CHEPI has been stating he works @this dealership and has been asking people for money to his personal bank account to guarantee car Finance by doctoring clients paperwork

I bought a car from Silver Lakes Auto. From the moment I walked into the dealership to look at the car until I drove away with it, took less than one hour. This included all paperwork. You can not better this service anywhere in South Africa. I have bought several cars in my lifetime from various dealerships across the country and not even one dealership came even close to rendering such excellent service. Silver Lakes auto's premises is so clean and their cars are all in excellent condition. I can now fully understand why they sell so many cars. From my side I want to congratulate and thank Basil and his team for assisting me in finding an excellent car for me.

Horrific experience! Don't waste your time! You will sign all the papers and they will still sell the car to someone else and that person gave a "better deal" - directly from the mouth of Basil the Head Dealer.
