Not happy at all with the service I received today,it was not a busy day but it took up to 20min to get served icecream...service was very poor and slow.The icecream was not creamy,I'm very disappointed

McDonald’s Silverlakes has to be the worst McDonald’s branch there is. I waited for a whole 30 minutes just to receive a 10 piece nugget meal with a half bitten nugget in it. So disappointing honestly. They don’t even deserve the one star.

Had the worst caramel frappes last night, no caramel topping and no flavour at all. The frappe was watery and the fresh cream had completely melted. We waited 20min for the Frappes to be prepared and we received them like this. Very unsatisfactory

The slowest McDonald's ever. Took 40 minutes to go through the drive through at 10:30 in the morning only to receive the wrong order and no straws for the cooldrinks. Eating at a restaurant would've gone faster. Chips was not even salted.

The staff was friendly and the service was quick. And you know you can never go wrong with McDonald's so we definitely enjoyed our meal.

I love this Macdonalds outlet, friendly cheerful staff, no matter how busy they are u0026 believe me the que of cars can be hectic at times, but people wait patiently as it's worth it.
I enjoy making a joke here u0026 there with the staff at the cubicles, just to make their day u0026 see all the beautiful smiles
