I'm pretty sure that this is the best Courier / Delivery company in South Africa!

Their staff are so friendly, their service is so excellent. May Yahweh bless all these people and keep them save every day in every way in the name of Yeshua, amen!

They really put their clients first.

Never have I ever.... had a bad experience with these ouks. Once had a document collected from a nature reserve with no address - literally no street address or streets for that matter - and it was done overnight express.

We always use The Courier guy.
Where ever we are, they are so professional,delivery is always quick and your package arrives safely with nothing broken.
Friendly staff.

First time having done a collection in Pretoria, with the Johannesburg collections, I never had any problems. Processed collection for items a week ago and still never received them, but was told instead that its the suppliers fault. Wasted time to contact the supplier only to find out that there are 2 main drivers in Pretoria, Mayville section who are very rude, blasts loud music and loads things in a car, not even a van. Very poor service. Honestly.

Sent package to be delivered over night on Thursday for Friday. Package never arrived at destination and no reason was given. I called the Saturday to organise delivery to today and it was confirmed that it will be delivered. Calling today I am being told package was sent to the wrong hub and will only be delivered tomorrow. This is outrageous as we have paid a lot to have this delivered immediately as it is extremely urgent and not 5 days later. Would not recommend The Courier Guy

We have been making use of The Courier Guy for almost 4 years now. With some bumps in the road that have always been handled fairly well.

The Courier Guy has recently started making use of a new system that automatically assigns drivers to collections. The issue though is that drivers are incorrectly assigned, the driver then only "informs" the system by the end of the day and another driver is only assigned the next day. We have customers that pay extra for overnight shipping and experience delays because of this new system.

At the end of the day the shop gets the heat from customers and the response we receive from The Courier Guy is basically:

"That is how the system works, deal with it."

A response we received after calling the call center about 10 times only to then be cut off numerous times because the call center employees have to confirm the status of the collection with operations manager and you will then be placed on hold indefinitely.

What makes it even worse is that the parking area in the center is used by about 3 Courier Guy drivers as a mid day stop/lunch break area.

Best courier company by far! Their website is easy to use and they respond immediately to special quote requests. They consolidate different orders going to the same address and keep you updated on the package status every step of the way. Highly recommended! They make deliveries go smooth as silk.
