Not as good as the Morningside location but still worthwhile. The four stars are honestly for the bouillabaise, which was heavenly and the desserts. The quail dish was so dry and unpleasant,especially in comparison to an identical dish served at the Morningside location... even dessert couldn't make up for that.

Signature definitely ranks as one of Pretoria’s Best restaurants. They have an amazing list of international wines starting at R500 a bottle. The international wines cover most popular cultivars, from Marlboro to Mendoza!

However, for a restaurant in the north they have certainly curated a fantastic list of South African wines.

Their menu is superb and offers Asian style, fresh from the sea up to fine dining. A great selection of proteins which includes important South African dishes such as ostrich and lamb.

The seafood options are wide ranging and plated with perfection. My table of seven could not stop talking about the quality of their dinners and deserts.

The shop is spacious and decorated in a modern and elegant style. Leather seats and lovely high backed benches. Glass walled cellar which helps you choose from the wide range of wines.

Staff were great but I did feel the kitchen could have moved quicker on the transitions.

There were so many things unavailable from the menu but other than that the service and food was great.

It is always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. One can easily see that they pride themselves on attention to detail. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with an inviting and warm atmosphere that is at times accentuated by a live performer whose voice croons well-known and loved classics. The waitrons are attentive and friendly. The food is sumptuous. It is the perfect place to celebrate an anniversary, a birthday, or the beauty of life!

The food was great, awesome plating, but the setting seemed a bit stiff. It was seriously hot inside the restaurant and I asked to be moved to another table, and they did try to make it cooler with the AC, but it was still hot. So if you go there do it during winter. The background music done live was awesome, as was the service.

This is one of "the" restaurants in Pretoria that you have to visit. On the positive side, the staff are friendly, attentive u0026 available all the time. Our staters were good but the fish ordered for the main course was somewhat overcooked u0026 dry. The same applies to the Pork Belly ordered by one of my guests. The Pork Ribs my son had were excellent, according to him! Dessert was very good. This is a very expensive establishment u0026 you expect something a good cut above anything else. Unfortunately, although the main course presentation looked wonderful, the food was no better than so-called "lesser" restaurants, hence only a rating of 4 stars. Well overpriced for what you get.
