CNA Brooklyn has been on a steady decline over many years. The various managers and staff blame the buyers for not providing them with the correct stock for their store. I feel that the store is merely ticking over waiting for head office to decide on its future. The high tech section has dwindled and declined in the last few years. I have watched it go from my favorite department to an empty cabinet. Terrible. Pull up your socks and listen to your customers.

Great customer service even though I personally feel that CNA is struggling to stay relevant as it may be losing it's customer base and market share.

Great shop for all your reading needs. Both adults can have their favorite reading stuff

Great selection of newspapers, magazines, and office supplies and equipment.

Fast service at the till. No assistance in the shop though

Its your average CNA. Hard to find someone to assist.
