I've been to this branch 3 times, each time it took the waiters and staff at least 15 min to tend to us even though there were, at most, only 2 other seated customers. They would watch us come in, seat ourselves and wait while they either, stood, congregated or moved about by the counter.

Honestly, we felt rather undermined and unwanted. When someone finally did see to us, they almost seemed apologetic or embarrassed. It was as though they all expected someone other than themselves to serve us and the one to finally do so was embarrassed that no one caved sooner... it wasn't a very nice feeling being there.

The food was great though. I've always enjoyed Simply Asia's recipes! You have some of the best sushi!! It's sad that the service and atmosphere at this particular branch was so uncomfortable. It messed up the experience.

We enjoyed it very much just giving a 4 star review because the beef for the Ramen tasted like it was pre-boiled so didn't have any of the broths flavor maybe put it on the grill to give it some colour and flavor then I'm sure it will be a 10 out 10 for now its 8 for me

I was craving this dish for over a week and I am glad I drove all the way there to get it. Simply delicious. Number 514 on the menu. Veggie option.

Waited very long for the food to be served and once it was ready, the chicken was almost completely raw.

Love Asian food and Simply Asia does not disappoint. My selection was 316 crusted honey chicken. Happiness. Currently running a special for R65 Monday to Friday. Plenty bang for your buck.

The waiter was pleasant and chatty. His recommendation of duck in soy sauce was delicious and my partner found her sweet u0026 sour beef tasty.
A pleasant surprise was that a third meal came free when two were ordered from the main menu so I tried the honey duck which was also very good.
The drinks are limited with no fruit juice or non alcoholic beer. I tried a Thai canned coconut drink which was terrible. The imported Thai sparkling water is ok.
