At Game Brooklyn we had to buy a microwave for a blind friend. The assistant was very friendly and took extra special care to explain the microwave buttons to our friend. The store manager also took extra special care with this situation and helped us tremendously. We will certainly shop there again. Thank you! Hildegard Jacobs

Service is not good. All the staff members seemed too tired and irritated to help.we were checking out and the lady didn’t ring up one of the items but the store had what we were looking for.

Poor Service from Staff. We travel from far because online says there's stock and people refer us there because they have brought and when you get there minutes before they close the staff refuses to service you saying items are out. Rather update earlier hours to close if 6:45- 7 you don't want to service anyone. I'm disappointed I did not get my Alcatel kids Tablets

Large store with plenty to buy and some occasional good deals. Service is very friendly.

My family bought a fridge at Game Brooklyn. They said they had in stock and once we paid they told my mother she had to drive to their warehouse more than 30min away to go and pick up the fridge.

Service is not good. All the staff members seemed too tired and irritated to help me and nobody offered assistance. I need to ask for help and even then I barely get it. It's also dimly lit.

What is the management doing to the staff?? The service is horrible the cashiers are rude and don't respond when you greet them, you will find a long queue with only 1 till operating! Your cashiers give the worst service!!!

Had a very bad experience with the washing machine department. Waited for assistance , even went to ask from other people at other depts and they also asked for her...and the lady kept saying to us that she is still busy with others. Day was 29July. 15-20min was a bit much for waiting for service
