My mother,sister and I were followed as soon as we walked into the store. I'm not sure if this is the usual treatment for POC customers because other customers(white people) walked in afterwards and weren't followed. I'm very disappointed. We were also searched when we left the shop but people leaving after us weren't searched.

The service received from Mr price home brooklyn mall staff, especially Felicia was out of this world. Felicia went out of her way to go look for a trolley for me , as the store had run out u0026 i was carrying alot of items by hand.The entire staff is professional, keep it up Team!!!

I got what I wanted, the prices are reasonable and the staff are very courteous and helpful.

4 cashiers, 3 open and they just look at you, too busy doing other stuff.

Then when you are helped the scanner to read the tags doesn't work and all details need to be entered manually.

Then to add insult to injury the card machine to pay doesn't work

Also notice the Mr Price doesn't ever reply to the reviews. Guess they just don't care.

This store is in a less than ideal location as most foot traffic pass it by unseen. The lighting in the store is also on the dark side which creates a somewhat dank atmosphere. However, note that the stock levels and variety of products on sale are very good, as are the prices, thus the store is very much worth visiting. The staff are friendly and can be helpful, though standing around without asking may cause a delay in response.

I think this Mr Price home is huge and has a great variety on items..thus they get at least some stars. In terms of buying off a registry - absolutely useless.There's no assistance from cashiers or the manager. I was standing, waiting for staff to help even though the store was not busy. Stock that should be on the shelves, staff cant even find. Don't offer a service that you are unable to provide.

The staff was very helpful and nice except for one lady that was just really rude and unprofessional. And even though it's just one person of the staff they really have brought down the reputation and view of the store in my eyes.
