Whilst some may view this quaint bar as poor, the atmosphere is almost unbeatable. Happy hour extends far beyond 1 hour, but to 2, and to say the drinks are reasonably priced is an understatement. Normal circumstances require R60 for not 1, but 2 doubles, however happy hour is a simple R40. Whilst the bathroom experience may not supersede your expectations, when considering the other surroundings I cannot rate less that of 5 stars. The pizza is also incredible and beyond affordable, making it the perfect spot for people of all ages. The many TV’s also support a prime sports watching experience which allows for a unification of all in the bar when the TUKS rugby team are competing. To say I’m satisfied is an understatement and I would proudly recommend this establishment to all those in the Hatfield region.

Reviewing takeaway food only:
Dunno who is the chef there, but dam, their burger and chips is simply the best. I order through delivery apps and it comes hot and so tasty wow.

Their food definitely not worth the money when ordering on Mr. Delivery. Bough a chicken schnitzel and Veg, the chicken was SUPER HARD and dry. Had such trouble cutting through the Chicken. What a waste of money. Would Definitely give ZERO stars.

The pricing is VERY good but I didn't particularly like the inside, guess it's more focused on the students.

What an awesome experience..very good cheese burger and chips and drinks very cheap..will visit them again..the staff and manager very friendly

Student bar - dark and stuffy. But still a great time if you know what to expect from it. Cheaper drinks.

Springbok sessions at the end of semester tests and exams is basically a must, and have become tradition. It's also a great place for having lunch and a drink during a break.
