There is no better service than Total Newlands. It is the only station I ever fill up with (fuel and coffee ☺) and will rather push my empty car there to fill up, than go anywhere else! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Thank you guys for the great service and smiles!

....wet wood. Again. Service is great, station is great.

But please sort out the wood supply. This time the wattle sizzling in the fireplace. R100 firelighters not lighting R20 wattle ????

Excellent service, im one of the suppliers for the store and the floor manager is ever friendly and always willing to assist where he can. I’ve decided to get petrol here each time I’m in the neighborhood, the friendly staff keeps me coming back. The shop is clean and the coffee is great!

Best petrol service station and great coffee. Service by staff friendly and excellent. Car wash is quick and efficient and the location is convenient. Keep up the good work.

First off, this is a great fuel station! The service is friendly and super efficient. Which is why my family and I all fill up at Total Newlands. And we have done this for many years. I do have a gripe though. Some of your customers are incredibly inconsiderate. As an example, this morning I stopped behind one customer who was just completing his transaction. All the pumps were occupied. This customer paid, locked his car and went to the shop. Leaving his car parked at the pump. And he saw me waiting for him to finish but ignored me after I asked him to move his car to the open parking space. This is not the first time this has happened. I think you are in danger of losing clients who are tired of waiting for customers who are in the shop while leaving their cars at the pump, after they’ve filled up. Please do something about this.
