Great service from the staff. Ordered 18 pieces of chicken with a family meal and they had it ready for me in about 10 minutes after warning it may take 15 minutes or more.
Really friendly and on the ball.
I hope for nothing but success for this outlet.
FYI they are not shy with their chicken portions!

They got my order wrong on Uber Eats once. About a month later I went to the store itself and told them - they immediately gave me a free set of chicken strips and chips as an apology. Sometimes the store can get so busy that you end up waiting quite long for your food - such is the cost of greatness. I have given them 5 stars because, despite the points above, this place has the best food I've ever tasted from a fast food chicken restaurant. The staff is friendly, and the whole place is always clean. My vegetarian wife never eats meat, but she does eat Popeye's chicken strips (it is her one and only guilty pleasure) - that's how delicious this food is. If you don't like the service - fine; If you've had a bad experience - fine; but if you don't like their food when it is properly prepared, I daresay: you are mistaken, your tastebuds deceive you, and you don't deserve Popeyes.

Not good. The chicken is crispy but you can taste stale or burnt oil. Missed items from my Uber order twice in a row. I normally love Popeyes but this one is giving the franchise a really bad name.

We ordered from Popeyes through Mr Delivery. The order arrived without the fries which were ordered. The burgers were great. Let's hope they get it right next time.

Just have A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE in Popeye PRETORIA, ENGEN.
Ordering a bucket of 15 and the waiter says that I have to wait for 15min.
We order on 09.28 and just got our chicken at 10.04.
More than 30min waiting!
This never happened before. Quietly sure if the owner there this never happened!

Thank goodness there's a Popeyes in Pretoria again! They just need to work on their efficiancy, actually have stock of the products and clean the bathrooms and tables. The food was good!
*Update. They had EVERYTHING in stock and the service was amazing the second time we went!
