Fantastic service. The TWT crew replaced my broken valve stem after another company refused to do the work. Best part, they didn't even charge me for it. I'll 100% be purchasing my next set of tyres from them. Excellent service.

Went to get my discovery tag, but had to get my 1 light changed. They offered, but messed it up, and had to take off the whole light. Stood around 2 hrs, but they couldn't fix it, so we made an arrangement to come at 6:30 the following morning, which the guy didn't show up, saying he was on his way, so left at 7, he said he would come at 8, which he didn't come. Only after contacting the manager, they came 15 minutes later. Should stick to times.
They were very friendly though

Kudos to Keith and the Menlyn TWT team. They helped us this past 2 weeks with both our vehicle's tyre upgrades, one with a resale claim and the other with a company car policy claim. They even helped me with a retrofit TPMS system. Great coffee and WiFi made the wait easy. Great service guys, thanks for your sterling support!

Good service, staff are polite and fast in assisting. Also cleaning staff made sure to keep reception area clean at all times.
