Very dissapointed in the experience. The Bacon mac 'n cheese burger was totally not up to standard. The burger is supposed to have "six cheese mac 'n cheese", "super melty cheese" as well as "cheddar"... We got 1 slice of processed cheese on the burger. Both our buns were burt badly and the lettuce was also not fresh. What a dissapointment.

I am writing again, I had rhe opportunity to visit the restaurant again on the 12th February. Wow. What a difference, service was amazing ... the food was first class, I can honestly say this was the best meal I have had in a long time. This is the Standard that the restaurant should expect. I did convey my thanks and appreciation to the chef. We asked around at other tables and all seemed to enjoy their meals.. well done .It was really good. Thanks . I will go again. First class

This was my previous message....

Disappointed. We have been fans of Guy Fieri for many years and with much expectations we visited the restaurant on 31st December. We ordered ribs with Guy's famous six cheese mac and cheese. Well, the mac and cheese arrived ice cold, the chips were not cooked and some came almost raw. The ribs were so tough, and the bourbon brown sugar basting was lost on ribs that came as if they were microwaved. The cole slaw had ZERO dressing and was just chops raw veggies ... its the first time in our 23 years of marriage that we have refused to pay for a meal.. its very sad that Guy's name and standards are getting dragged so low... I am sure that if he knew what standards his restaurant wad setting he would not be happy... the prices are at a premium and am sure if this standard persists Guy will be one restaurant down very soon... the worst was there was no appearance or apology from the kitchen... not what we were expecting from a what has the potential to be a world class restaurant...

Make sure to go HUNGRY. The staters are the stars of the show. Wings were good. Their in house peri peri sauce that accompanied the wings was AMAZING. Cheesecake was perfect, not too rich. We couldnt finish our mains as the starters were very filling. Bacon Mac and Cheese burger was an interesting concept to try but not very easy to eat. Good food but not one of the best.

This is a great restaurant, with an americana feel. Would put this in a sports bar restaurant category, could be lots of fun meeting friends, watching sports and then challenging them to a bull ride... awesome. Food was really tasty and good on the eye, generous portions, filled up my always hungry teen son. Pricing is a bit high, but not expected being in a high class casino environment. Would definitely be back with my family.

Visited the Sun Arena in Times Square to catch the Marvel Universe Live show and popped into this celebrity chef's restaurant. It's so American... think greasy and large portions. Went for the trash can nachos, under shareables as it’s enough for two. There are protein options with it, we had it standard vegetarian. In true American style it came with cheese sauce above the cheese but not a fan of the fake sauce taste. I had the chocolate cake for dessert and wow, 6 layers is definitely overkill. Most people go here for the burgers and wings. Popped in because of the show. Not somewhere I’d rush to again because it’s too over the top. But if you want to go for the theatrics, worth going once.

The burger you always but can't get is right here. The big mac and cheese burger is the best I ever had. Perfect balance of flavours.

Spot on American bar and diner vibe. Staff is friendly and service is great. Can highly recommend it.

Bit on the higher end in terms of price but you get for what you pay. Entertainer app can help here.

Considering the foods that attract GF on his shows, this restaurant is all about typical American junk food. We had Mac n Cheese burgers, were enticed by the Ringer (might go back for that), shared the American Royal ribs and the bourbon brown sugar BBQ chicken wings, rounding the afternoon off with the dark chocolate whiskey cake and the cheesecake challenge. The burgers and the desserts are what makes the place worth the drive. The ribs were not amazing and quite pricey (R250 for the full rack) and the chicken wings needed more of a crunch, or something... nice to know the place, and the deco is cool but not sure I will make it a weekly spot.
