Big shop, not very well laid out and mostly uninterested staff. They do have a lot of stuff to buy though. Many TVs and lots gym stuff too. They also have a good selection of console games.

The one workers wikus or Rikus or whatever his name is, is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers or around them. I’m a retail business this is extremely poor and I hope that this will get sorted out quickly because I will never enter a cash converters in my life again and I don’t recommend anyone going to this cash converters.

What a waste of time, they tell you to come in for an offer then tell you dont buy the goods you told them you have! Rude staff at buy section!

The service received is very very poor. I have been there twice in the past 3 weeks to get a price on an item and each time they have not priced it yet and said they will phone me. How can you have items on the floor and not have prices for it or at least have a customer waiting almost 3 weeks without any feedback???

Nice big store with plenty of furniture and camping goodies. Staff are helpful and friendly. It is always a good idea to ask for a discount as they can usually assist you with at least a small percentage off the marked price... and i think nowadays we must take a saving wherever we can get it! Good prices in general, very fair.

A really nice Cash Converters with friendly staff. The store is neat and clean with lots of stock. I enjoy stopping here!
