Great variety on saltwater fish and corals, also bought a few freshwater fish for my son. Reasonably priced compared to other stores. The staff do tend to get busy sometimes but it gives you more time to browse, when they get to you they are very helpful and friendly

Poor service and worst customer experience ever...i was sold fish from later on brought to my knowledge a quarantine tank... Coursing most of my fish to die in the tank that I bought due to illness... I would not recommend them at all

Most unprofessional sales person
This is the most unprofessional pet store I've ever been to. The guy in the marine section is selective of who he assists, and when you do manage to get his attention, it's as if he is doing you a favor by assisting you. Nevertheless I purchased a fish for my son, and out of everyone that he did assist, I was the only one to make a purchase. I will never return to this pathetic pet store.

Nice selection of fresh water and salt water fish and they also have a good selection for all your aquarium needs. Sam is very knowledgeable and honest with his advice and a great asset to the store. They also sell dog food, cat food etc.

Very good selection of fish and products and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I was looking for some specific fish and they were willing to order them for me and let me know once they had arrived.

I am looking forward to the new location!

Dissatisfactory service!

With no experience started this new fish tank "journey" - went out on a limb and was hoping to receive some direction from Pet Lovers Emporium, but to no avail. Shop Assistant did the set up at home for me, but a few days after that a third of the water leaked in my office from the brand new fish tank. I immediately contacted the Shop Assistant and struggled to receive any assistance which resulted in my plants and fish dying. I therefore decided to return all the goods and after numerous emails and telephone calls they chose not to have the professionalism to even respond to my emails. The loss I incurred amounts to R1700. I will most definitely not recommend Pet Lovers Emporium to anyone. I received amazing service and assitance at Pet a Pond u0026 Animal Kingdom. I absolutely recommend them to any fish lovers, but most definitely stay away from Pet Lovers Emporium as they are only interested in making the sale!!
