Tree Tops and Treats, this is the place to be if you are looking for a place to stay. The staff is so friendly and down to earth, their service is of high quality and the place is clean. The breakfast is freshly made, they make the best eggs. Tree Tops and Treats and the staff shows Ubuntu (the essential human virtues; compassion and humanity). Only time I was not happy was when I had to leave because I didn't want to leave????... They know how to make you feel like family. I highly recommend it.

Horrible and not safe at all.

Electricity repairs cannot be safe and sewerage smell in bathrooms. Soft furnishings are unkept and linnen does not match and is dirty.

I cannot post without a rating but minus 5 is still over rating this atrocity.

The owner then defends himself by implying race as a cause for our dissatisfaction. The paid group consist of multiple races.

Really! This is atrocious and a disgrace.

This is one of the nicest places to stay. Nice and quite, between big trees. Breakfast is really good in the mornings. Just take some extra mosquito repellent as the mosquitos are quite busy. What is really nice about this place is that it is in walking distance of Unisa.

Lovely retreat only a stone throw away from the hustle and bustle of CBD and Sunnyside nearby. You would think you are somewhere far away. There is a beautiful swimming pool and braaing area for real relaxation.
The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Will go back again. Loved it!!!

I give this accommodation 5 stars because the manager Sannet was extremely helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. She was proactive and gave us suggestions on what to dom The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. Decor needs to change, some maintenance needs to be done and upgrading of facilities as it is so close to different Embassies. Breakfast is generous.

Urgent maintenance needed around the house. For example the washbasin was loose. Only one lamp in the room, the other 2 shades were empty. My husband don't drink tea and it was all there was. He had to fetch himself a little coffee in a cup in the kitchen every day although they were aware that he only drinks coffee. When my husband was moved to another room there also was only 1 globe and no water to bath!! We will not recommend your guesthouse. I certainly hope that you take the critisism at heart and do the neccesary for it can be a lovely place if everything is in full working condition.

Very disappointed.it looks so nice on the web.it was dirty smelly and old.the carpet was alive ........ the bed ???? shower needs a big cleaning.no duvets on the beds only washed out comforters.bed side table ,tablecloth very dirty.all in all .....the worst room i have ever seen in a guest house. If it wasn't so late already , I wouldn't have stayd there for 5 min in that room.. At least the staff was very friendly.
