On Friday afternoon on 29 July 2022 at 14h30 I arrived at the Corporate Offices at 643 Leyds Street to finalize a reservation only to be told by the guard at the gate that the offices were closed and that the personnel had already gone home at 11 o'clock. The official office hours as advertised is until 15h30.
This is of course totally unacceptable and another shocking example of he poor service delivery that has become synonymous with and organization that stumbles from one scandal to the next.
