If I could give negative stars I would! This is the most pathetic, incompetent and scam of a university to every exist. It is literally impossible to get any assistance from this place without going into campus (and that doesn’t happen because they are never open or are striking) when you do go, the staff are rude and make you feel bad for being the inconvenience to make the actually do their job. They NEVER reply to emails or messages. There is little to no academic support unless you have a decent lecturer (iv had 4 in almost 8 years of studying with them). They have zero regard for their students and how they are still allowed to function as a university baffles me. WORST PLACE EVER!

The visit itself is rejuvenate for me. Seeing places like Unisa Art Gallery triggers creativity and also brings sense of wonder for what human beings can accomplish. But some behaviors from our service providers need to be addressed. Respect visitors and serve them with all your hearts and that will bring true happiness to yourselves and those you serve.

I do got matric exemption for a degree and my marks do meet the requirements for the course I want to study, but I got a message that I am not accepted due to me not meeting the mark requirements. What requirements??? I uploaded my combined NSC grade 12 matric certificate that clearly states my upgraded marks after I rewrote two matric subjects to reach the requirements.

It is obvious that you do not look at the updated paperwork and your administrative work regarding admission is not satisfying.

Your 'helpline' takes more than an hour to reach. That means the service is not up to scratch for an university.

I am not satisfied by your services.

It sadness my heart to write this as I feel that my rights and kindness has been taken advantage of. Unisa has been nothing my bad experience to my educational journey. The level of incompetency and abuse I have received is too much. I am supposed to have finished with my qualification by now. Everytime I am given a new module and have been sent from pillar to post. The level of incompetency I get from the frontline is too much. No one could give me the accurate information from a day go. They keep on extending the modules which they never mentioned when i went to do an enquiry about my qualification. I really need them to answer and account for this or you leave me no option but to escalate the matter to the Ombuds I have suffered Financial and emotional abuse Please rectify

If I could give it negative stars, I would!!! I've been having a refund issue since June 2021. A year later, nobody can account for the money. Phone never works. Emails never replied to. What a trashy university!!! ????????????????????????????

I would not recommend this university to anyone. I have had so many disappointments and bad experiences over the coarse of my studies. Unisa does not respond to emails or answer phones. It is impossible to communicate with them.

For graduation, there was no order. The people working at UNISA themselves didn't know how to delegate people to enter the graduation hall efficiently and effectively. Terrible experience. No proper system in place.
