The breakfast was fresh,tasty and visually appealing, something Wimpy has been lacking for a while. They have a new order process via the app which is great but make sure to download before visiting because they have poor Internet connection in the restaurant.

Customer service was very bad..Waiter didn’t even usher us to our table or let alone tell us his name. After ordering we waiting for roughly 30 minutes to get the food

The side plate that comes wit knifes and forks was covered with mustard and he just placed it on the table till we called him to replace it hence it was dirty

Food arrived and we were told drinks are on the way. halfway through the plate drinks came and that was 20 minutes after

When we asked for the bill the waiter didn’t bother asking wether is cash or card and when we told him it’s card we waiting another 10 minutes for the card machine

Will not be returning here ever again!!

The first part is their cutlery. Some of them should be thrown away. Old, broken and worn out. Look at the cup they served the dessert in. They should just do stock take and throw away the old and broken items

I am so disappointed with the service I've received, firstly I waited for long and the excuse that I get is that they were waiting for the peri peri sauce, I got my 1st order at around 12:30 and the peri peri sauce was diluted. I then went back to the store and they advised that they indeed put water in it as it was their last peri peri they had. Then Thando said the will deliver around 15:00 which they didn't and I went there @15:40 they advised that they haven't yet received the sauce which I find it unprofessional as they could've atleast called or communicated with me as I work opposite them

Everything is still the way I know Wimpy since My Childhood days. I tried the Mega Breakfast Burger which I could also call a Brunch Burger that I enjoyed. I would just recommend reducing the vinegar in the relish. But then that's My opinion.

Food was nice,there's a waiter a bit old (male). His service was amazing,he's full of energy and made sure we were comfortable

Could not finish the meal, salad ingredients were not fresh at all. When I asked the waitress to ask the kitchen staff for a new salad, which I was fully prepared to pay for, she said they cannot do that, it's way too busy to adjust my order.
The service was poor, had to call other waiters to call ours as she was hardly ever visible.
I would not be returning nor recommending it.
