The food area’s shelves is empty. Extremely bad management. Staff is in the shop the line is getting longer and longer but only 2 cashiers. You cant buy anything if there is no stock. Then rather close the shop till the shelves is filled up.

Came here a couple of times over the last week and each time the shelves were empty. Very low stock levels and very low variety of products. Would not recommend.

Service level is very low, especially at customer care desk. I recommend training in order to up your service levels.

Last time I visited the store I wanted school shoes the size 7and 8 they were not there just like that.

I purchased fruits and was visibly carrying a black woolworths bag. The cashier tilled a plastic bag. She was talking to her fellow cashier.

Prices on the shelves never match the prices by the till and the cashiers are rude and incompetent. Spent 20 minutes trying to void one item, then they didn't wanna change an item I was overcharged for.
