Three hours, wrong pizzas - terrible experience.
Have used Andiccio before and was expecting the usual good service and delicious pizza. So we called at 19h30 and ordered 2 pizzas. An hour later - we had heard nothing. So we called back and asked what was happening - we were informed that they were extremely busy but the order was on its way. We live less than 10 minutes away. Fast forward to an hour later - and no sign of the pizza. We call again and apparently the driver had gotten lost. We were told to give them another 20 minutes and let another driver take the order. We told them to cancel the order because the thought of waiting two hours for two pizzas just did not make sense.
Then, after cancelling the order and trying to find another alternative - we received a call from the driver stating that he was outside. We went outside and he was nowhere to be found. We continued looking for other food options.
He called again - this time he was outside. So, we settled, paid and said goodbye to him. At this point, it has been two and a half hours since we ordered and we were not trying to fight anyone.
But - when we went inside - both pizzas were cold and to top it all off, the order was wrong. Both pizzas were wrong. We called and were told that the correct order would be resent as soon as possible - still waiting - almost three hours after the initial phone call.
Called back and was hung up on by the manager.
It has been a very long night - disappointed in Andiccio at this point.
