Normally love their service but today was so annoyed at the cashier talene... used our voucher from my husband's app which she accepted then when I asked to do another she said okay then changed her mind and said she can't accept my husband's voucher. He needs to be in the store. I mean whaaat ?? So I had to place normal orders thereafter

1. They got my order wrong a couple of times.
2. The seating is never out whilst you are waiting for your food. They tables and chairs are piled up in the corner.
3. We seriously need a drive through burger king in this area. Walking into a petrol station store to get your food is not ideal. (But that's just being picky from my side)

They need to work on the customer experience at this franchise.

I'm DISGUSTED by the service I received. The cashier messed up my order and online coupon code. She only rang my order once and had to change things. She was obviously new. Messed up the code and it expired. In comes this "Caprin" who's supposed to be in charge there (with a moerse attitude) and suggest I must pay more for their error?? Excuse me?

I come to Burger King weekly and now suddenly you want to come change things with my coupon just to cover your own backside. ???? She refused to give me my order as our office does weekly and refused to give me the area managers contact details... After back an forth she finally gave me a number that rings as the shops number. No man. Disgusting. There are better branches and better places.

Loved burger King in the USA and love it here. Wish they had the same iced coffees but the food is well priced, and with the special offers on the app it's very easy to find a decently priced meal

VERY DISSAPOITING. in fact went to complain. ordered 3 gourmet meals, with extra large chips and soda. Soda cups were flippy and couldnt seal. stand was weak, had most of my soda spilled on the seat nj matter how hard i tried to secure it. super fraustating. and when got home, burger was cold. they ran out if rocket and appologied, it was a very expensive 'large-gourmet meal'. the worst we had. the woppers always went down a treat and cost half as much

Friendly staff, but........they had no chips, no v crispers and no onion rings (out of stock). I appreciate the staff letting me know this before I ordered, but if I had known prior, would've went to another takeaway.
