Close to closing time. Using Google maps on our way to another restaurant to have a quick bite. We are unfamiliar with the area and drove past , I have heard of Carvers from someone who lives in the area. Though it was 15 min before closing they still accommodated us. Well staff was just phenomenal and friendly. The pizza some of the best I have had in a very long time. I am delighted I found this place that is 1,5 km from our new home. You can be sure it will become a regular spot for us to come relax and have a great meal. Went there a second time and had the pizza we had last time and chicken wings as a starter. Big mistake , it was delicious and a big portion. Wife had a springbok starter stunning.

Beautiful building, very pleasant garden with a view over the little dam and good service. The food is also very yummy, but the barista might need a little help, as the coffees were a little below par….especially @ R52 for a double Espresso.

Very cool setup. The vibe was good. Good Covid adherence. Nice place to chill with mates. We ordered the platter, and were not disappointed.

I really enjoyed my calamari, was really tasty and a good sized portion. Super friendly staff, I even got a toast (speech) for my birthday from the waiter. Beautiful setting, nice fireplace inside on a cold evening. And the brownies were decadent!

Nice, but not pet friendly. With a lovely outside area one would think they could be dog friendly. Unfortunately not. Lots of places are becoming more amenable to animals, which is now a big draw card for me, and this restaurant seems ideal suited. Pity.

A beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. Delicious food and excellent service. And the outdoor experience was amazing with a nice view of the dam. Great place for the whole family.
