This is more than just a gym. Nick is such a cool instructor. He gives you space to work on your own pace but always encouraging you to do more and push harder.
The attraction is more than the gym itself. It is the setting with secure parking, coffee shop and petting zoo nearby. It all gives this rustic an authenticity. And "gees". BTW Nick being a native Argentinian loves to learn Afrikaans words and idoems.

Great private gym for the gym goers who want to branch into niche trainings. Runners, Olympic weightlifters, cross fitters ect. Top facility and equipment for us all.

Nick welcomed me into his gym early last year. Fitness is not my strength, but Nick's patience and determination for consistency and hard work has kept me striving to get better and better. I wouldn't recommend a different instructor. Nick is legendary! Best gym ever, and a great atmosphere shared with other awesome peeps. Looking for an adventure, look no further.

This is not just a gym for the best workouts in the world, but it is a close knit family. Suitable for all ages from the little ones to the more mature ones! Nick and Alison who are the owners of the gym make it so open and friendly, it is unbelievable. I urge you to go and hit your first session free....the bug will bite and you will never look back! FTSA... Thank you for saving me and changing my life!
