I will never order from this Nandos ever again. I took a chance and ordered on the MR D app from them for the first time, an hour and 20 minutes went by with no updates then I contacted mr d and they told me the driver was at the restaurant collecting and there was a delay from the restaurant. Another 20 minutes went by and I got an email that the order was canceled!!! I am now starving and have to wait another hour after ordering from another Nandos! Worst service ever!!! We pay so much to enjoy a meal but service level is not up to scratch!

Can NEVER get their orders right. WORST Nandos I ever visited.
Check your meals before you leave- lift up the bun, they will get it wrong. Manager or someone there must be illiterate. Do not visit

Very disappointed in the chicken wrap the chicken was very tough and inedible and wrap was tasteless no flavour at all and was very soggy. The wedges were not what I ordered they were also very soggy and tasteless I couldn’t eat any of it very disappointing

Waited forever for my order in store. They forgot to pack it apparent. More than 10/15 customers came after me and left with their stuff until I went and asked whats going on. Spoke to the supervisor on duty and all she could say was sorry I was on lunch so I dont know what happened. My order number was 260 on the 11/2/22.
Ridiculous to the least...
