If you’ve not signed up yet. Don’t. I can live with limited equipment and equipment not working but the bad the customer service is what truly makes this place a no-go. There are a few friendly faces but unfortunately they cannot assist when it matters. Wish we were treated like customers and not an inconvenience.

Reception. Rude staff. Kids behind the counter with zero interest. Shocking. Management non-existent literally run away to the back office when approached. Gym floor is a mess bcos the floor manager is lazy and unhelpful. Members are mostly teens and wannabes with no manners. A few gym veterans between. It's declined badly in the last 1 year I've been there. But it's cheap per month. Put your head down and get out as soon as your session is done.

The admin staff do not know what they are doing. If you have a question they always need to speak to 4 or 5 people before they can give you correct feedback. It is a disaster to try and cancel your contract at this gym.

Good gym, has a sauna, Spa and squash. Spinning classes though not very good with communicating if a class won't be convening.

The equipment though there is to cater to every part of your body, it's old and some of it is falling apart

Horrible/unethical practice towards memberships. I am trying to cancel my Gym contract with not much success, Please do not sign up with these crooks. Stay clear.

I wanted to sign up online but then after a week I realised work was so buys I could not actually have time for gym

So I have not even set foot in the gym, never signed a contract however these thieves keep steeling my money each month but debiting my account

I emailed and called and still no answer to get a refund

I think these are money hungry people that don’t care about anyone but lining their pockets with the general public like myself.

I usually train in the studio at Bromhof. When there is loadshedding, there are no light. Emergency back up lights were promised about 3 or 4 months ago, specifically stating that the classes in the studios could continue. This is still not the case. Even on the main floor, there are no back up lights. Get a generator! I pay full gym membership every month, but can't train when there is loadshedding. Not fair!
