Great facility, always clean, sanitizers everywhere and it's never packed. Enough equipments for a fully body workout.

They never answer their phone and I have requested to be called back a number of times without any feedback. Customer service is very poor

I joined the gym few months back and I never went to the gym nor use their equipment I dont even have the tag card now I've relocated and want to cancel my membership they're telling me about cancelation fee which was never discussed with me.
They want people to join the gym but they're not honest even the managers. When coming to communication they never reply to the emails and the landline is always off.

Good gym with nice gym equipment clean showers,classes,good staff.But the only bad thing is that they keep the sauna closed pretending it's covid restrictions.some people only pay to use sauna.open it please.

They say you get what you pay for and that is the case with this place. There is no swimming pool or any of those other gym luxuries but you get your R199 worth and more. If you want to work out on a budget this is the place for you but with a great selection of equipment that will cover all parts of your workout regime. The facilities are clean and tidy. If you hate paying for things you don't use anyways (Virgin Active) come to this place.

Poor communication and the water is mostly cold on the showers. The cold water is so frustrating, even worse when it's cold outside cause then you think twice about going to the gym yet every month you are debited... I'm already not recommending gym company to any of my contacts.
