No matter how desperate you are or what impression they create in the beginning do not stay here.

Reasons:

1) early termination fees are high because once you are here and you see the reality you are locked in

2) they do not respect your humanity - to get your attention they can turn off water, lock you out or turn off your electricity

3) there are cockroaches everywhere even in the bathroom! There is no food in the bathroom so it confuses me every time

4) service delivery is so so so slow

5) there is so much noise - If you are a young professional do not even consider

6) run. There are far better places and cheaper places my biggest mistake of my life to date is to sign a 12 month lease with these people

Nice big rooms, good furniture, and good view on the North side. Nice gym too.
But the lease structure isn’t great and there are cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend a 12-month lease until you’ve stayed there for some time.

Don't do it!!! There a far more cheaper, bigger, and better places in Ferndale than that roach infested, noise polluted, criminals managed place.
After all is said and done, they will then steal your deposit money. Scammers, scammers, scammers!

I wish people could slide into the reviews before considering moving into this place. How can one stay in such roach infested apartment and yet pay a lot of money, noice is unbearable,you have to keep on following the Stanley guy for him to do his job. The Landmark is a trap that will cost you a lot of money to come out

It has only been 2 months of staying here and I already can't wait to move out. Here are the main problems:

1. Their early lease termination fees are very expensive (3 months rent). This is because they know that most people will want to leave and they want to lock you down as much as they can.

2. Very poor maintenance and slow service. I reported a broken window 2 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed (In winter!). A few tiles are broken and those have not been fixed as well. All you get from the management are excuses though you pay rent!

3. Nosie levels are not bearable. Really not ideal for working professionals who need to work from home.

In my opinion, this is the worst place to stay in (especially for the price they charge). Run!!!!!!!

This is the last week of my lease agreement. During my stay, 1 car was stolen. 3 cars lights were stolen in broad day light. No one is no longer parking at their parking spots because they don’t feel their cars are safe. The cockroaches were everywhere, seems like management is doing something about it though. The place overall is not something I would recommend, management is friendly though but everything about the place is a disaster, I couldn’t wait for lease agreement to end.
