Great service and experience with Gym Store. I was always informed on the ETA, which was very uncertain due obviously to the lock down. To make it even sweeter, as I stayed close to the sales agent, he delivered the items to me, going beyond what was expected. I would have had to arrange to pick the items up, but this unexpected personal touch just made life so much easier! Gym Store is very highly recommended from my side!

Terrible experience and attitude by staff, order an F85 Sole treadmill and being promised on 23 May for delivery, then on Friday 23 promised on delivery on Monday 25. On Monday 25 was suddenly told they only received proof of payment on same day now delivery scheduled for Wednesday 27 May 2020 . Lets see what happens then. Also battle to talk to their consultants Edward Nortje and on Friday did not ask for balance of payment .
