I have been a regular there. I went on Friday and had my worst experience ever. I went by uber when I wanted to get back home I discovered that my cellphone was flat. So I asked the bar men if he could get me a uber.His reply was no we don't do this typ of service. Sorry to say what kak service you given. I will never go back there

Been going here for over ten years and not the same anymore. From two Jacuzzi's , Sauna and steam room to basically nothing. One Jacuzzi left that is only open over weekends. Sauna also gone. You still have to pay full price during the week for almost no facilities and they won't tell you at the door. When there is load shedding you will freeze in winter. Barman very unhelpful and not very accommodating.

Much cleaner and bigger than other places. Very mixed experience with the crowd who goes there though, but good as a bar.

My second home. Awesome place to relax and unwind. You can just sit at the bar and have a chat over a drink or be a bit daring. Safe. Discrete. A great night out. Busy mostly on Friday and Sat nights in the 1st week of the month and the last.

Staff extremely rude and arrogant. The guy that is required to ring up your bill afterwords is very arrogant and does not offer any assistance. This facility really is not all that is talked up to be. If you want a friendlier and nicer experience rather try CD in Pretoria. Way more proffesional and understanding staff members. Will not reccommend this venue at all. Drinks are also very over priced.

I am glad that this place exists. It is great to have this option.

The premises are good and, as some people mentioned, they have a bar, which is also great. However...

The location is wrong on Google, so you need to call for directions unless you know the place. Awful for taxi drivers. Poor management (hence the bad location in Google). Mediocre service. No drinks menu. Good premises. Extremely far. Awful clientele (despite the 10 million people in this city, maybe better at weekends).
