It seems every one wants to cut down on costs even KFC when it comes to your order. I ordered 2 large chip. Well I received the large chips containers but not even filled to the top. Next time I will pay for a medium.

Despite the response I received from KFC regarding the review above, nothing as changed. I gave them another try and this time I received mash and gravy missing the gravy, never again will I go there!!! Take my advice Bergbron go to Sophiatown. Tis one is useless!!!

I go here often because it’s super close to me and most of the time they always forget something but they are patient in fixing it.
Friendly staff.
The drive thru was is a lot faster than inside.

Terrible service. It took ages and ages. I had to call them to ask what was going on, they said they don't have have drivers to deliver. When the food eventually got here, it was not what I ordered. I complained, they told me they'd replace my order the next day but they didn't. I called them again, they took my details, again and guess what? Still no replacement. Customer care, manager, they don't care.

Very unhappy with my food that i received, i ordered online, went in to pay, then they started with my food... my chips was cold, chicken was disgusting. It was like jelly and not crispy and the skin was just coming off... i had 1 bjte and chucked it away. I wouldnt even want to give it to my dogs to be honest!

So they have these two self-order kiosks, each with their own pay point attached to the side.

After ordering, you're promoted for your phone number, with the +27 already there (to the left), so naturally one leaves off the first zero, but it still expects 10 digits, ...

Then when you move the cursor, to the front to insert the zero, it appears at the back instead of where the cursor is.

Then to crown it all, it says tap or insert card, but the card reader is not responsive...

After timing out, the second time we tried, we realised they have paired the left kiosk with the right kiosk's pay point, and visa versa.

Imagine paying for the order of the person next to you...

Tried to tell the staff, but they were not able to understand what I was trying to tell them.

Hopefully someone reads these reviews :)

The food was average.

Would like to know if this KFC (actually any KFC) have owner's? You never see them and when you complain you get a standard reply????this is now the second time that I get half raw pops. When phoning them all you get it "im sorry" South African standard answer for stuffing up... and we cannot change and deliver because we dont have transport! I didn't ask for delivery all I needed was that the ghostly owner sort out his store.

This what we received on Thursday ,,the rest wasn't better very disappointed,so bad I just dropped in rubbish bin chips was old ,won't support Bergbron again
