Got my nails done last week. Two days after doing my gel the nail polish started peeling off just over a week later my nails look terrible. I’m very disappointed.

Your Receptionist is the most rude, uprubt person I have ever come across. I deal with people everyday but it's pathetic the way she talks to people whether over the phone or in person.

All the stuff that render services are the most amazing people under their sun. But your front desk does not make me feel welcome at all. Belittling and screaming at at a customer is unacceptable nor undermining them on top of it all, if I was not the person I am, I would have put her in her place to get a dam attitude in check.

As it's not the 1st, not the 2nd but the 3rd time she has given me her attitude and disrespect. I don't care how old anyone may be but respect is of utmost importance especially in business. She often does not know how to answer any questions I've asked in any polite or decent manner.

All the best but I am disgusted at customer care at the door... I won't be returning at as I do not tolerate how ugly a customer is spoken to.

Not a great experience at all. May be cheap but you’re better off paying extra money for better service somewhere else. The equipment isn’t the best that they could have , they use things like paper towel to separate your toes when doing your toes, for soak off you sit with the tinfoil for AGES and they use a used juice concentrate bottle and you have to put hands on either side. The staff is also quite rude , from the receptionist/ manager right to the nail technicians. I honestly do not like it at all.

I do NOT recommended this place! It might be cheap but you get LESS than what you pay for!

I just wanted a soak off. They didn't wrap my nails in tinfoil, instead my nails were assaulted with a hard nail file, they did it so fast and violently that they hurt me, my skin is bleeding, and to make things worse I still have residue from the gel nail polish on. My nails are now damaged.

Just pay a bit extra and go somewhere professional with better quality.

Worst experience ever. The nail technician firstly started off being disrespectful. She filed my nails roughly, my nails pain when I touch them. There is nail polish on my cuticles and nails and she missed a spot of acrylic which she didn't try to fix.
Could be because I am not a regular customer there but nevertheless that should be a way to gain a new client. I am extremely disappointed, I expected more.

The worst place. I wanted marble on my nails, once they finished putting gel on, they tell me they don't have the brush to do the marble. Not to mention I was gave the wrong prices when I asked about both my toes and hands. Don't waste your time and money!!

I had a few issues with The Treat this morning. Firstly, upon arrival there was only one staff memeber and four customers. I had to wait 30 minutes for the staff members to arrive.

When choosing colors I was told only after a long ordeal of choosing that I would be charged R100 more because I wanted multi coloured nails. The store manager said it made no sense but after calling the owner who goes by “Tash”, I was informed that it is a hidden cost and they cannot put ALL the prices up on the door ...
When reasoning with them I said that it makes no sense as I am using the same amount of nail polish as I would with one colour on all 10 nails. The excuses I got were as followed - “it’s too much effort to open more than two colours, and they cannot print a list of all their prices”
Yet when I asked if I wanted three different colours I would not be charged any extra but a multi arrangement of 3 or more would mean R100 extra. Which to me makes no sense whatsoever.

In conclusion this store lacks professionalism, and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Sorbet charges slightly more and does not charge extra for multi colours. I highly recommend Sorbet as an alternative, for “The Treat” is not worth visiting.
